REFUND POLICY & PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

At Signal Intel, we are committed to professional execution. Because we provide digital services and labor, we do not offer "returns" on time spent. However, we offer a Performance Guarantee for first-time clients to ensure you can invest in your growth with confidence.
1. THE "NEW CLIENT" GUARANTEE
This guarantee applies exclusively to a Client’s first purchase with Signal Intel. We offer a full refund of the Agency Management Fee if, at the end of your service term, you are unsatisfied with the professional quality of the work, provided the following conditions were met:
Term Completion: Refund requests may only be submitted after the full term of the purchased package has been completed (4-5 Days for Basic, 14 days for Standard, 30 days for Premium).
Onboarding Velocity: Client must submit the Brand Intake Form and provide Meta Business Manager access within 72 hours of payment.
Creative Cooperation: Clients must respond to creative approval requests or technical queries within 24 hours to ensure the 5-7 day launch window is met.
2. THE "ZERO-RISK" PRE-LAUNCH EXIT
If, during the setup phase, you are unsatisfied with the initial ad copy drafts or audience research provided, you may request a full refund immediately, provided that the ads have not yet been published to the Meta platform. Once ads are "Live," the policy reverts to Section 1.
3. STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AD SPEND
Signal Intel manages your advertising, but we do not process your payments to Meta. Any money paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for ad traffic is strictly non-refundable by Signal Intel. Our guarantee applies only to the service fee paid directly to our agency.
4. SERVICE EXCLUSIONS (No Refunds Provided)
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Landing Page Failure: The ads are performing, but the Client’s website is slow, broken, or fails to convert visitors.
Policy Violations: The Client’s Ad Account is disabled due to previous violations or "Grey Hat" business practices.
Existing Clients: This guarantee is a "Trial" protection for new partners. Repeat clients or monthly renewals are not eligible for refunds.
Tracking Interference: The Client or a third party alters the Pixel or tracking settings during the management term without consulting Signal Intel.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a review, email info@signalintelservices.com within 72 hours of your service term ending.
Verification: We will review the Meta Ads Manager data to verify that the Performance Guarantee Conditions (Section 1) were met.
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days.

At Signal Intel, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, purchase our Meta Advertising packages, or interact with our onboarding systems.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us during the checkout and onboarding process. This includes:
Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, and phone number (for WhatsApp/SMS updates).
Business Data: Business name, website URL, and your 15-digit Meta Business Manager ID.
Creative Assets: Logos, images, and raw video footage provided via our intake forms.
Technical Access Data: Temporary website login credentials (if provided for Pixel installation) and Meta "Partner" access permissions.
Financial Data: All payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our local servers.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your information strictly to perform the professional services you have purchased:
Service Delivery: To build, manage, and optimize your Meta Advertising campaigns.
Technical Setup: To install and verify Meta Pixels and tracking API.
Communication: To send project updates, Loom video walkthroughs, and milestone notifications via email or WhatsApp.
Internal Optimization: To track the effectiveness of our own marketing using the Meta Pixel.
3. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to run our agency:
Advertising Platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for the execution of your ad campaigns.
Form Processing: Tally.so for secure collection of your brand intake data.
Payment Processing: Stripe for secure billing.
Communication Tools: WhatsApp (Meta) and Loom for client updates and reporting.
4. COOKIES AND TRACKING
Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to analyze traffic and provide a better user experience. This allows us to "retarget" visitors with relevant information about our services. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, or opt-out of Meta's interest-based ads via your Facebook Ad Settings.
5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Access Control: We request "Partner Access" to your Meta assets, meaning we never require your personal Facebook password.
Login Protection: If you provide temporary website login info for Pixel setup, we recommend using temporary "Staff" accounts which can be deleted once the setup is verified.
Retention: We retain your intake information for the duration of our service agreement plus a reasonable period to assist with future renewals or support.
6. YOUR DATA RIGHTS
Depending on your location (including GDPR/CCPA), you have the right to:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request that we fix any inaccurate information.
Deletion: Request that we erase your data from our intake systems once our service term is complete.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Signal Intel. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of digital marketing services from Signal Intel (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a service package via our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. THE SERVICE MODEL
Signal Intel provides "Productized" Meta Advertising services. Our services are categorized into three tiers: Basic (Setup Only), Standard (Setup + 14-Day Management), and Premium (Setup + 30-Day Management).
Launch Timeline: We aim to launch all campaigns within five to seven (5-7) business days of receiving completed onboarding information and technical access.
2. AD SPEND & PAYMENTS
Agency Fee: The fee paid at checkout covers the Agency’s labor and expertise only.
Ad Budget: Your advertising budget (ad spend) is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You must maintain a valid payment method within your Meta Business Suite. Signal Intel is not responsible for campaign pauses caused by payment failures to Meta.
No Double Billing: Signal Intel will never charge your card for ad spend; we only charge the flat management fee shown at checkout.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES (ONBOARDING)
To meet our 5-day launch promise, the Client must:
Provide a 15-digit Meta Business Manager ID.
Approve our "Partner Access" request within 48i hours of receipt.
Complete the Brand Intake Form and provide necessary brand assets (logos, images, etc.).
Delayed Onboarding: If the Client fails to provide access or assets within 72 hours, the 5-day launch window is voided, and the project will be moved to the next available slot in our queue.
4. VIDEO AD SERVICES
For Standard and Premium packages, Signal Intel provides video ad strategy, scripting, and post-production editing.
Footage: The Client is responsible for providing all raw video footage. Signal Intel does not record, film, or generate original video footage or AI-video content.
Limit: Packages are limited to one (1) edited video ad unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for an additional fee.
5. REFUND POLICY & GUARANTEE
Our refund policy is governed by our [Refund Policy Page]. In summary:
Refunds are available for first-time clients only after the service term is complete.
No refunds are provided for Meta-side issues (see Section 6).
6. META POLICIES & ACCOUNT DISABLEMENT
Signal Intel operates strictly within Meta’s Advertising Policies.
Account Standing: We are not responsible for Ad Accounts that are disabled due to the Client’s previous history, "Grey Hat" business niches, or landing pages that violate Meta's terms.
Performance: While we use industry-proven frameworks, we do not guarantee specific sales figures, ROI, or lead costs, as these are dependent on the Client’s product, pricing, and website conversion rate.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns all ad copy and creative designs produced by Signal Intel.
Portfolio Rights: Signal Intel reserves the right to feature the results and creative work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested by the Client prior to purchase.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or ad spend, arising out of the use of our services.
9. TERMINATION
Management services (Standard/Premium) automatically terminate at the end of the 14 or 30-day window. Clients may choose to renew by purchasing a new package. Signal Intel reserves the right to refuse service to any business that promotes illegal, unethical, or deceptive products.
